This is a nature experience event that will refresh your mind and body. ◎ ■ Event details Refresh yourself with waterfall training and BBQ to relieve your daily fatigue, work stress, worries and distractions from relationships, and lack of exercise. ◎ The event will be held in Akigawa Valley, a great natural area 60 minutes by train from the city center. After meeting at the station, we will pass through a secluded valley and head for the waterfall. It is a place full of a sense of secludedness that will make you exclaim, "What!? Is this Tokyo??". ● What is waterfall training? It is an ancient Japanese concept that means "purifying the mind and body with water." Historically, it is said to have been performed since the Nara period, and was a purification ritual before ascetic training began. It seems that it was also sometimes held as a ritual to pray for rain or a good harvest. In this event, there will be no difficult ritualistic manners or actions, and you will be able to splash under the waterfall in any way you like. Dress code is free.
