This plan allows you to casually experience gold lacquering in one session (2 hours)! This is a rare gold lacquering experience in one session. The instructor is a graduate of the University of the Arts who majored in lacquer art and has studied lacquer in earnest. You can gold lacquer on a sake cup made at the Uzumako Pottery Classroom. There are multiple colors available, so you can choose your favorite sake cup. Use a brush to draw lines on the cracks with lacquer and sprinkle powder on top. *Brass powder (gold) and tin powder (silver) are included in the price, but if you use gold or silver powder, there will be an additional fee (2,500 yen for gold powder and 500 yen for silver powder). You can take home the work with the powder sprinkled on it in a wooden box on the day. It will be usable after one week. Aprons, arm covers, and gloves will be provided, so you can participate empty-handed!
Experience gold repair using real lacquer and repair damaged sake cups!
Small classes taught by instructors who are graduates of Tokyo University of the Arts and Kyoto University of the Arts.
You can take your finished work home with you on the same day, in a wooden box and insulated bag. Leave it to dry at home for about a week before using it.

Plan attractions
1. 集合・受付の様子 うづまこ陶芸教室別館の右側にある細道を進むと、金継ぎ教室への茶色のドアがあります。そのドアから階段を登り、別館２階にお進みください。
2. 体験準備・移動 別館２階の奥のお部屋が金継教室です。最初に、うるしと金継ぎについての簡単な説明をさせていただきます。初めての方でもわかりやすく説明します！
3. 体験中1 １回体験では、傷がついたお猪口に金継をします。色々なカラーからお好きなお猪口１つをお選びいただけます♪お猪口はうづまこ陶芸教室の講師が作ったものです☆
4. 体験中2 細い筆を使って、傷の上をうるしでなぞります。
5. 体験中3 うるしを塗った上に粉を蒔きます。
6. 終了・解散 出来上がった作品は、木箱と保冷バックに入れてその日にお持ち帰りいただけます♪ご自宅で１週間ほどそのまま乾燥させてからご使用ください。
