At Minuma Tanbo, which is located in Saitama City, Saitama Prefecture, we were able to harvest high-quality wheat (Norin 61) again this year! Why don't you make ramen using such new wheat from scratch? Family members, one person, and even beginners are welcome!

Domestic new wheat noodles made in the field

Most of the wheat sold in Japan comes from overseas! Domestic wheat is about 14%. In the 2021 period, the domestic wheat variety "Norin 61" was cultivated and harvested in Numata rice fields at Wheat Project !! Norin 61 is a wheat variety that has been popular for about half a century since 1945. Nowadays, the distribution volume is decreasing and it is also called phantom wheat. Why don't you make the characteristic unique flavor with "Freshly ground" (freshly ground, freshly beaten, boiled) + freshly (freshly caught) "four"?

What kind of ramen do you want to eat?

Old-fashioned refreshing soy sauce soup x curly thin noodles. There are many ramen such as thick thick soup and straight thick noodles, but what kind of ramen do you like? In this plan, we will help you to make the noodles you want to eat for each group.

It will be held at a farm with abundant nature in Minuma rice fields!

"Minuma Tanbo" is about 20 minutes from Urawa Station in Saitama Prefecture, but it is a place rich in nature with a 12km north-south rural landscape. The farm is dotted with rice fields, fields and waterways. You can relax in a peaceful environment between events. It is also good to enjoy catching insects and fishing for crayfish with your child.
