Time schedule
Reception / change of clothes Meeting place: Change into Koan swimsuit. Wetsuits (free of charge) can be rented depending on the temperature and weather. Move to the lakeside on foot.
Athletic Lecture Receive each tool and start the lecture. Learn SUP terms and basic operations.
To the lake! Slowly get used to the way SUP stands and moves. Stand up when you get used to it! We will move to the yoga point while enjoying the nature of Lake Motosu.
It's time for yoga! Enjoy yoga slowly!
Lesson end Clean up the tools and finish the lesson. You can use the bath.
