1 minute walk from Kamakura Daibutsu. Why don't you experience 100% soba making in the ancient city of Kamakura? It's okay if you're a beginner. The owner of Kamakura Hase Shiori-an (Edo Sovalier) will guide you easily. In a course of about 2 hours, you can experience from the state of buckwheat flour to the state of thinly sliced soba. There is a “experience course” where two people can enjoy making soba in one bowl, and a “jikkuri course” where you can enjoy making soba in one bowl per person. Please apply for 2 to 4 people for the "experience course" and 1 to 2 people for the "slow course". Both courses are limited to one group, so you can enjoy making soba without worrying about the surroundings. You can choose one item and taste the finished soba, such as steamed soba or sudachi soba. You can take the leftover soba home with you.

Guest user楽しく体験できました！

友人3人で参加させていただきました。初めての蕎麦打ちでしたので、それぞれひとりずつじっくりと蕎麦打ちを体験！粉から団子状に丸めて、麺棒で薄く大きく延ばし、包丁で細く切っていく…
それぞれの段階でコツがありましたが、先生にはゆっくり丁寧に教えていただきましたので、何とかそれなりのお蕎麦に仕上げることができました。

2時間ほどの体験でしたが、三人三様で蕎麦も出来上がり、好きな量を茹でていただき、試食もして終了！

記念写真も撮って出来栄えをお互いに評価しつつ楽しい時間が過ごせました。

予約制でしたので気心知れた仲間内でのお教室となり、和気藹々と本当に良い時間を過ごす事ができました。
また機会がありましたら参加させていただきたいです。大変お世話になりました。

貸切で丁寧に教えて貰えて、楽しかったです！
お蕎麦も美味しく茹でてもらってゆっくりと食べられて、残りは持ち帰らせてもらえていい思い出になりました！

かなり以前に蕎麦打ちの体験はしたことあるのですが、こんなに上手く十割蕎麦が打てる（仕上がる）とは思っていませんでした。
何かコツがあるのだと思いますが、そこは教えられるがままにやってしまったので？？のままです。
自宅で蕎麦打ちセットを買って試してみたいと思います。

Worked as an engineer at Sony for 25 years. Aiming to become a soba noodle craftsman, he retired early from the company and obtained a chef's license and food education instructor's qualification at a culinary school. Learn how to make soba at Issaan handmade udon/soba class. In addition, while eating around soba restaurants, he acquired the Edo Sovalier qualification. At Edo Sovalier, you'll learn a lot about soba from soba connoisseurs and soba-making masters. After working as a buckwheat noodle craftsman for several years, he opened a handmade 100% buckwheat noodle shop. The owner of "Kamakura Hase Shiori-an".
