In the Edo period, what is now Nippori Station was the bottom of a waterway leading to Edo Bay (Tokyo Bay). Yanaka was exactly the bottom of the valley, so it was "in the valley". Many temples were gathered in this area as part of the city planning of the Tokugawa period, so there is a mix of sects. The area that escaped damage during World War II still forms the townscape. The shopping street that supports the lives of local residents is still alive. The atmosphere, the flow of time, the connection between people, the appearance of the city. It is "the countryside of the Tokyo district".
There is a reception in the Tokyo Roasted Coffee Shop "Coffee Factory" facing the Yomise-dori shopping street. If you speak to the store staff, we will call the experience program staff. We have an experience venue behind this coffee shop. We are waiting for you with the equipment and tools necessary for the experience at the coffee factory "Niwa" and "Niwataku 2F". Groups of up to 22 people can reserve this facility, and groups of about 35 people can hold an experience program at the district hall.
