From March to May holidays, we will be holding a wild vegetable tour at the foot of Mt. Fuji in Yamanashi Prefecture. There are two sessions, AM and PM, where you search for wild vegetables in the fields with a wild vegetable guide, and the tour ends with making tempura and eating them. This is a tour where you will learn about the points of catching wild vegetables, how to cook them, and take them home with you.
