Taka-san was great in bringing us out for a very scenic and nice canoe experience in English. Of course it depends on the weather that day but we were lucky to get a good view of Mt Fuji with nice weather to canoe. Taka-san took great photos and also explained some history and geography which was very interesting and made for an awesome experience.
This event brings us unforgettable memories in our trip to Japan! Our coach Taka sen is friendly and considerate. He is a local and speaks good English. He introduced a lot of interesting local places along the way, and even suggested that we get off the car and let us take pictures of at the beautiful scenery. We had some changes for schedule on that day, and he didn't mind changing the time. Taka sen’s canoeing skill is unquestionable. He knows the environment well and pays great attention to safety. He also prepared green tea for us on the kayak which is happily unexpected!
キャンプの朝ご飯前に手軽にできそなアクティビティでも、、と思い、朝6時からのツアーに参加しました。時間間際の到着になってしまいましたが、インストラクターの方に爽やかに出迎えて頂きました。カヤックは初心者でしたが、空気で膨らませるタイプのカヤックはとても安定していて、安心して乗ることができました。
小さい湖ということもあり、あまり期待はしてなかったのですが、入り組んだ湖の地形は変化があり、湿地帯を進んでいくような雰囲気を味わえて、予想外に楽しかったです。インストラクターの方に入れて頂いたモーニングコーヒーを湖上で飲んだ時は、雰囲気含めて、とても贅沢に味わえました。
参加した日は、幸いにも風が無く、天気も晴れていたので、湖面に映る逆さ富士も堪能できました。天候のコンディションによっては、カヤックの操作に少し体力を使うこともあるとのことでしたが、それはそれで面白そうに感じました。また、もし雨の日でカヤックが難しいコンディションの場合、樹海散策といった別ツアーを行う場合もあるとのことでした。インストラクターの方はとても気さくだったので、アクティビティの内容などは、気軽にお問い合わせ頂ければ良いのではないかと思います。

空気式かぁ、と思われがちなのですが、ハードカヤックに劣らない剛性と安定感を体感していただけたと思います。
精進湖は意外に名が知られていないのですが、過去には東洋のスイスと呼ばれていましたし、なかなか穴場だと思います！
参加エピソードや途中お話させていただいたことも紹介してくださってありがとうございます。
今日のコンディションのツアーは今日しかできないので、本当に参加していただいてよかったです。
