Surrounded by the beautiful nature of the San'in Coast Geopark, this is a SUP (Stand Up Paddle Board) experience to enjoy in the crystal clear ocean and calm lake. A certified instructor (SUPA) will accompany you as your guide, so even beginners can participate with confidence. On calm days, the experience will be held at places such as Iwato Beach and Otani Beach, which have excellent transparency, and on days with strong waves or wind, it will be changed to calm inland waters such as Tanamaike Pond and Koyama Pond. The best field is selected according to the weather and sea conditions, so you can have a comfortable and safe water experience. The duration is about 3 hours. On this course, we depart from Makiya Beach, turn back at Ryujin Cave, and head back to Makiya Beach. Ryujin cave is the largest cave on the Uradome coast. Mitoku in Misasa Town, Tottori Prefecture, and is known as the most dangerous national treasure in Japan. Come and worship at the hall by walking along the Shugendo trail, surrounded by the autumn yellow leaves of the forest. You can view the hall from the worship site at the foot of the mountain, but you should walk the Shugendo trail with all your heart and soul, purifying yourself of the impurities of the six senses, and go to worship at the hall up close. To worship at the hall up close, you will have to walk a short distance, but you will have to walk along the steep Shugendo trail, climbing tree roots, climbing chains, and walking along rocky mountains. You will have to go back and forth along the same path, but it is also dangerous when descending. Also, you need at least two people to enter the mountain, so if you are traveling alone or doing solo activities, you will need to go with someone. In order to protect the natural environment and maintain Shugendo, you cannot enter the mountain using trekking poles or other walking sticks. A local guide will accompany you, so you can experience the dangerous and strict Shugendo safely and with peace of mind. If you feel that you cannot go alone, please use a Shugendo guide as a travel companion. *Mt. Mitoku itself is a mountain with an altitude of 899m, but the place where the Nageire Hall is located is a low mountain at an altitude of 400m.
