{Japanese dance 20 minutes from Shinjuku} 16 minutes on the Odakyu Line express from Shinjuku Station, 1 minute walk from Seijo Gakuenmae Station. Learn how to wear kimono, learn manners, and learn dance. You can choose from "Sakura Sakura," "Ue o Muite Arukou," and "First Love" as lesson songs. "Ise Katagami" is used for dyeing kimonos. It is a traditional craft technique that has been passed down in Suzuka City, Mie Prefecture for over a thousand years. ``Ise Katagami'' is made by a craftsman called a katagami, who uses a chisel to carve intricate patterns and designs onto durable Japanese paper. It is surprising that more than 900 patterns are carved into a single inch (approximately 3cm) corner using a very fine piece of material. This time, we will be dyeing postcards using a pattern carved by Chiaki Imazaka, a traditional craftsman. Why not dye it in your favorite color, create an original postcard, and send it to your loved ones with a message? We also have 6 different designs of this year's zodiac signs, ``Dragon'' and ``Seahorse.'' We recommend sending it to a loved one or to yourself as a memento of your trip to Tokyo.

We will remake a bag from an obi. Size: 28cm long, 28cm wide, round bottom. We will use a used obi as material. Obi is a traditional Japanese craft woven from silk thread. It is characterized by gorgeous colors and patterns using gold and silver threads. The location is a 1-minute walk from Gaienmae Station on the Tokyo Metro Ginza Line. This is a dressmaking class hosted by a nationally certified first-class craftsman.
