Our sommelier-supervised sake omakase course will pair seven exquisite sakes with delicious small plates. Taught by WSET and JSS-certified sommeliers, each with over 1,500 tastings, this course will take you into the unique world of modern sake. Enjoy a totally unique sake tasting adventure that explores the complexities of flavor through themes such as rice comparison, tasting at five different temperatures, spice and herb infusions, and the impact of different vessels on the taste. This one-of-a-kind tasting course includes: - Exquisitely curated: Enjoy seven sakes over four courses. - Unparalleled atmosphere: Relax in a meticulously designed tasting room, centered around tables repurposed from a Showa-era building. - Fluent language: Our knowledgeable sommelier will guide you through the nuances of sake in native English, German, Japanese, and Chinese. - Intimate and fun: Make new friends as you enjoy your tasting.
