家族4人ともロードバイク未経験のため不安が大きく、中学1年生の子供のみクロスバイクに変更してもらいました。(クロスバイクは1台だけあるとのことでした)。ただ、スタート地点でしっかりと乗り方などを教えていただき、慣れるまで(15分程度)練習させてもらえたので安心してスタートすることができました。普段ママチャリが普通に乗れれば、ロードバイクはすぐに慣れると思いましたし、クロスバイクにした子供もロードバイクでもよかったかな、と思いました。 コースの大部分が車がほとんど通らない道だったことや、スピードや休憩など初心者に合わせていただき、大変ありがたかったです。とても充実した一日となりました。 唯一のマイナス点は、スタート地点まで札幌市内(琴似)から車で片道1時間半かかった点ですが、それでも車内でも色々な話をしていただけたので、苦痛ではありませんでした。

This is the most downstream course starting from Hosooka Canoe Port and going down to Iwahogi Floodgate. This area retains the original appearance of the marshland with few trees and many open landscapes. The meandering of the Kushiro River is also the most frequent course. Of course, the guide will ride with you, so please leave the operation of the canoe to us.
