Plan description

A SUP rides on a long board like a surfboard and stands up and paddles while balancing. Riding the waves at the sea and the torrents at the river, it is now a popular sport all over the world. Since it's difficult to balance, the HOA tour has a course with little flow of the Saru River so that even beginners can enjoy it, so it's okay no matter how many times you fall! In the beautiful valley, you can enjoy nature while feeling the whole body, and by balancing, your core will be strengthened and you will be able to do good exercise.
