"Mikata Five Lakes" are five lakes with five different colors. A 30km bicycle ride around the lake is called Gokoichi. We will guide you around Gokoichi on a rental bicycle. This tour takes you around the historical sites and famous places of Ikaruga Town, including Horyu-ji Temple, which is registered as a World Heritage Site, and Horin-ji Temple, also known as Miidera Temple, which is associated with Prince Shotoku. There are also stops at each spot on the tour course, so you can enjoy taking pictures freely. Customers who wish can also enter the grounds of Horin-ji Temple and view the interior. (Admission fee is separate) Many Buddhist statues designated as important cultural properties are enshrined at Horin-ji Temple. Please be sure to view them. The tour uses a small 50cc buggy, so anyone with a driver's license can easily drive it. It is very easy to operate! Enjoy the scenery and fresh air of Ikaruga in a cute open-type buggy. This is a packed course that visits the Oe Sakitsu Church, a symbol of Amakusa's Christian culture, which is a component part of the World Heritage Site "Hidden Christian Sites in the Nagasaki and Amakusa Region" (Sakitsu Village in Amakusa), and three museums that convey the history of Christianity to the present. (Varies depending on the ride time)The roadside station Kakashi no Sato on the course is a roadside station that reused the abandoned Miyajidake Elementary School, and is the first of its kind in Western Japan!
