There are few local foods that are as popular as this one, and for a long time, "oneri for breakfast, barley rice for lunch, and pumpkin hoto for dinner" seemed to have been the standard for daily life in the rural areas of Koshu. In 2007, it was selected as one of the "100 Best Local Dishes of Rural Areas" organized by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, which are known in farming, mountain and fishing villages all over Japan and are widely supported by the people. Unlike regular noodles, hoto noodles do not need to be left to rest. Therefore, you will make the noodles by hand from the powder state. It will be quite a voluminous meal, so please come hungry. "The shape of a tree in the womb is a cave in which the remains of a burned tree trunk remain as a hollow after taking in a tree when lava flows down. The shape of the interior resembles a human rib." It was called "Otainai" and became an object of worship, and a religious act called "Tainai Meguri" came to be performed. People who believe in Mt. Fuji, which has been called "Fujiko" since the Edo period, are said to have purified themselves by going around the cave of "Funatsu Tainai" on the day before climbing Mt. Fuji, which is the object of worship. From the entrance inside Mutomuro Sengen Shrine, nestled in a sea of trees, you can see the Mother's Womb, where Konohana Sakuya Hime is enshrined, and Ninogi Mikoto. The world's most dangerous (?) Tea room "Takasugi-an" is located on a tree with a height of 6m. A pyramid-like tea room buried in the basement, "Hikusugi-an". And the "flying mud boat" that is hung by a cable and floats in the air. Near Suwa Taisha Shrine in Chino City, there is a strange building that you will never forget once you see it. Its true identity is the tea room of Terunobu Fujimori, an architect known worldwide for his original architecture. With special permission from Dr. Fujimori, this is a special program only for a trip where you can make tea by putting it inside the "tea room" that you can't normally enter. Along with an English-speaking guide, first of all, I went around the Suwa Taisha Maemiya, which is the origin of Mr. Fujimori's idea, and realized the "feelings for nature" that are constantly transmitted to this area. Then, after visiting the first building built by Professor Fujimori, "Jinchokan Moriya Historical Museum," we will climb the "Flying Mud Boat" and "Takasugi-an" to see the inside. The guide will guide you inside and explain. 1) Climb the ladder to the inside of the "flying mud boat". 2) Climb the ladder to the inside of "Takasugi-an". 3) To the inside of the pitch-black "Hikusugi-an".
