"Mizuhiki" is a decorative string used for gift envelopes and gifts. It is a traditional Japanese craft that is processed by coloring and winding kinshi. Recently, it has been arranged into Japanese modern accessories and interior goods. In 2007, it was selected as one of the "100 Best Local Dishes of Rural Areas" organized by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, which are known in farming, mountain and fishing villages all over Japan and are widely supported by the people. Unlike regular noodles, hoto noodles do not need to be left to rest. Therefore, you will make the noodles by hand from the powder state. It will be quite a voluminous meal, so please come hungry. We also offer a dyeing experience where you can experience the traditional Japanese dyeing technique using natural materials, which can be used as a set with the hoto experience.
