Mt. Motchomu is not so high, but it is a tough mountain trail with steep slopes and some parts where you can use your arms. Climb shortly after a break and use the rope for the last 30 minutes. Noboru Yamaguchi entrance is located on the waterfall of Chihiro, from prefectural road to the waterfall of Chihiro takes about 1 hour and walk.
