Relax on the board until sunrise. After sunrise, cruise around the area. 3. Itogahama has a shallow sea, so you should feel safe♪4. Hot shower, available in the changing room (100 yen / 3 minutes)5. There are lockers with locks inside the store, so you can use them. The key is kept inside the store. 5. The image of the food is approximate6. Take a photo and send it later<What to bring> (Required) Towel, change of clothes, something to wear as an inner layer of wetsuit (detailed below), fleece neck warmer or knit hat (if necessary) Drinking water, hat, sunglasses<Clothing> As an inner layer of your wetsuit, please wear something that fits your body as much as possible on the bottom and a cotton T-shirt or quick-drying T-shirt on top.
