Plan description

This is an experience plan where you can easily enjoy making Kumamoto's local sweets "Ikinari Dango" from making the dough to finishing. You can color the dough using food-derived ingredients, and even try making your own original Ikinari Dango. ☆☆What is "Ikinari Dango"?☆☆ Experience making Kumamoto's traditional sweets "Ikinari Dango" using plenty of local Aso ingredients! The simple taste of sweet potato and red bean paste wrapped in wheat flour dough and steamed is attractive. The name comes from the Kumamoto dialect "Ikinari (= easily, immediately)", and it has long been popular as a way to entertain unexpected guests. The freshly steamed aroma and fluffy texture are exceptional ♪ Why not create a memory of your trip? It's also perfect as a souvenir! [Appealing points] ・Since it is an indoor experience, you can enjoy it even on rainy days regardless of the weather. ・It is a content that can be enjoyed by children and adults, so participation of three generations of parents and children is also welcome! The process of wrapping and steaming the dumplings is fun even for the first time, and you will be smiling without even thinking about it.・The fun of choosing: There are three different colors for the dough (matcha, purple, orange), and you can choose from red bean paste and cream cheese for the filling. ・You can wear a cooking apron and other clothes to enjoy the experience, so you can take photos in a traditional atmosphere. Take a photo with the dumplings you made and keep the memories!
