From Chuo Expressway to Yamanakako IC on Higashifujigoko Road via Otsuki JCT and Kawaguchiko IC. Head toward Hirano and turn right before the Hirano intersection. When you reach the lake, turn right.
From Shinjuku Station, take the Chuo Line to Otsuki Station, then change to the Fujikyu Line to Fujiyoshida Station.
