In the great outdoors of Okutone, you can experience the rapids of the Tone River, one of Japan's three major rapids, and breathtaking views. If you want to experience the fun of rafting in a limited time, a half-day tour that is packed with fun from start to finish is perfect! The BBQ can be enjoyed by people from 6 years old (120 cm) to seniors (70 years old) and uses carefully selected meat from a popular local restaurant. We are confident in the quality of the ingredients. Refresh your mind at the riverside base! You will be full and satisfied! You can enjoy the outdoors without having to bring anything with you. Time schedule
Gathering/reception *This is a representative meeting time schedule. The basic flow does not change for other meeting times. Please meet at the time you selected when booking. Gather at the ziggies base! We will confirm your reservation at the reception and settle the bill. Then, at the same time as explaining the tour contents, you will be asked to fill in the necessary items on the disclaimer agreement. When you are ready, the staff will show you how to put on a wetsuit and change rooms!
Experience preparation/movement After changing clothes, bring your helmet, life jacket and paddle and drive to the starting point. In the car, the guide in charge of the day will motivate the participants by talking about rafting and sightseeing!
Safety talk We will check how to wear helmets and life jackets and how they are worn. And we will explain how to enjoy rafting safely, such as the posture when falling into the river. There is also an explanation of how to hold the paddle and how to row, so please listen carefully!
Departure Progress! Divide into teams and set off! It is the start of the exciting downriver while enjoying the scenery of the valley!
Spring thaw torrent rafting! The water rafting course is divided into 5 sections. The spring flood season is actively starting from the upstream where you can enjoy the torrent! The torrent section cannot be descended unless conditions such as water level and guide skills are met. The excitement is the best! Definitely recommended if you want to enjoy thrilling!
Rafting in a variety of rivers in summer The water level settles in the summer season, but you can also enjoy the torrent point! While admiring the scenery, fully enjoy water activities at the source of the Tone River, at the foot of Omizukami. You can also enjoy river activities such as jumping from rocks and body rafting!
