Enjoy a half-day river rafting trip on the Shimanto River! Morning session: 9:00-12:30 Afternoon session: 13:00-16:30 This is a 6km rafting course dotted with rapids and gentle currents created by the topography of the Shimanto River. The upstream is relatively rapid, the midstream meanders greatly, and the downstream flows slowly. The area around Natural Groove, located in the midstream, has few man-made structures and is filled with nature. In addition to experiencing the typical rafting experience of going down the rapids on a rafting boat and diving into rocky areas, you can also enjoy river SUP on the gentle current. Come and experience the unique Shimanto River where you can enjoy both rafting and SUP!
You can enjoy rafting in the rapids and try SUP in the gentler areas!! This is the only place on the Shimanto River where you can enjoy both rafting and river SUP!
Natural Groove is located within the facilities of Mishima Campsite and is affiliated with the campsite. Guests who participate in the tour can use the shower rooms and toilets at the campsite. Mishima Campsite will reopen in the spring of 2024, and is now a cleaner, more comfortable place while still retaining its natural surroundings. Why not take the time to spend some time here before or after your tour?
We have Shio Kenpi, a famous Shimanto town confectionery, available. You can choose from coffee, black tea, herbal tea, green tea, and more. Choose and have a fun tea time!!

| Other notifications | If you are coming from Shimanto City (Nakamura), Cape Ashizuri, or Kashiwajima, please take National Route 441. It is easier if you set Nishitosa (roadside station) as a stopover. Do not use National Route 439 as it is a very difficult road with a narrow road width. |

Relax in nature before and after the tour This is a DIY campsite that we built with our friends. There's a hammock and a bonfire area, so please come and spend your time however you like.
SUP Stand-up paddle boarding in a flowing water offers a different kind of fun and exhilaration than paddle boarding in a lake or the ocean! Let's go with the flow!

Time schedule
set This is the largest island in the Shimanto River! There is a natural groove on this island.
At the starting point! After checking in and changing clothes, let's go to the riverbank right away! (7 minutes on foot or 1 minute by shuttle bus) The starting point is the submerged bridge.

We provide free transportation to the nearest station to NATURALGROOVR (Tosa Showa Station). We may be able to provide transportation to your accommodation (separate transportation costs apply). Please feel free to contact us. *For those coming from Shimanto City, Ashizuri, or Sukumo, navigation systems will often direct you to National Route 439. This is a very narrow and difficult road. Please be careful not to go through it. Please use National Route 441.
