A one-day tour to fully enjoy nature by canoeing through the mangrove forests of Iriomote Island and exploring the limestone caves. Wear a headlamp on your helmet and explore the untouched, unlit limestone caves! Enjoy delicious Yaeyama soba noodles for lunch in the middle of nature! Handmade snacks made with fruit jam from Iriomote Island are included. This Iriomote Island tour is recommended for those who want to have an experience that can only be had here. Our tours are small-group tours with a maximum of 8 people! ! Our owner-guide, who is a qualified nature observation instructor and is knowledgeable about wild birds and creatures, will guide you. ~Experience flow~ 8:30-9:30 Pick up at your accommodation in Ohara Port or the eastern part of Iriomote Island ↓ Please come dressed in clothes suitable for the tour. 9:50 Warm-up exercises and a lecture on how to row a canoe ↓ We will do this carefully so that beginners and children can understand. 10:00 Mangrove canoeing↓ (Estimated canoeing time for adults is 30-45 minutes)11:00 Jungle trekking↓ Head through the jungle to the waterfall basin. Look for lizards and various other creatures! (Estimated trekking time is 15-20 minutes on foot for adults)11:30 Arrive at the waterfall basin! Play in the water, rest, and lunch time↓ Rest and lunch at the waterfall basin. Swim and play in the natural pool at the basin except during the cold season! For lunch, we have homemade soki and freshly made Yaeyama soba noodles with delicious dashi broth. ●Morning (Canoeing & Trekking & Waterfall Pool Play) Enjoy waterfall pool play to your heart's content in the relatively few people on the Myra River! Let's head to the waterfall by canoeing and trekking through the subtropical forest! On hot days, it's fun to splash around in the waterfall pool♪ *We cannot accept requests for specific rivers for this tour. ●Afternoon (Cave Exploration) After walking through the jungle for about 10 minutes, a limestone cave suddenly appears! Put on a headlamp on your helmet and go see the mysterious stalactites that lie underground on the island! You're sure to be impressed♪

We will guide you to a cave that is not too difficult and can be enjoyed by elementary school students. We will lend you safety equipment such as helmets and gloves for free, so you can participate with peace of mind. You will feel a great sense of accomplishment when you see a magnificent view at the end of a slightly narrow place! All photo data taken during the tour will be shared on Google Drive on the same day!
