[Akita, Noshiro] Exercise and refresh your whole body with Nordic walking! A walking experience that puts less strain on your knees using special poles

Nordic walking involves walking with special poles in both hands. It is a fitness sport that is said to be effective for rehabilitation and weight loss because it is a full-body exercise that puts less strain on the knees. The walking course is within Noshiro City, but the course changes on each day, and the course includes the city's erosion control forest "Kaze no Matsubara" (a pine forest with a total length of 14 km from north to south), Noshiro Park, and Noshiro's "town center". Enjoy the city of Noshiro while walking. Special poles for Nordic walking are included in the experience fee, so you do not need to prepare poles. *Please wear comfortable clothes on the day. Since you will be holding the poles, it is convenient to carry luggage in a backpack or shoulder bag that leaves both hands free. The instructor will teach you everything from how to hold the poles to how to walk, so even beginners are welcome to join. *There is a participant age limit, but participants must be at least 130cm tall (due to the length of the dedicated poles).

The courses change depending on the season and theme, such as courses that let you feel nature or courses through the city.
