You will experience the traditional sushi made at festivals in Kanazawa in a townhouse in Higashi Chayagai, a tourist attraction in Kanazawa. Using 3 kinds of ingredients, we will make 2 layers of oshizushi. It's a simple pressed sushi, but it includes the meaning of family health and warding off evil, and you can experience the traditional culture of the castle and downtown Kanazawa.
Originally, it is made using a large wooden frame that can hold a liter of rice, but for the experience, we will use a wooden frame for one person. Enjoy one-of-a-kind festival sushi while listening to the story of Kanazawa's festivals, traditional ingredients, and the history of oshizushi from the instructor. The sushi you make yourself is delicious after all (laughs)
