SUPヨガとは、海面に浮かべたSUPボードの上でヨガを行う水上スポーツです。
八丈島の大自然、空、太陽、そして澄んだ海で、心地よい海風を肌で感じて、忙しいあなたに身も心も解放されてリフレッシュ！癒し空間の時間を思う存分味わってください。

おひとり様でも、初心者や泳げない方でも安心してご参加いただけます。

スクール料金には、レッスン代・SUPボード一式レンタル代・ライフジャケットレンタル代・損害保険料が含まれております。これ以上の料金は一切かかりません。

※開催場所は八丈島(八重根・底土港・神湊港・藍ヶ江港のいずれか)で天候や海のコンディションを考慮しベストな場所を選定し、開催日前日の18：00までにご連絡いたします。
※契約書に記載の健康チェックにて問題のある方は受講できません、
　その場合のキャンセル料は１００％となりますのでご了承ください。

開催時間：1部／9：30～11：30、2部／13：30～15：30(ANA最終便に間に合います)

～当日の流れ～
①現地集合（開催場所は前日までに決定しご連絡します。）
②開催場所（車内で着替え、もしくは事前の着替えをお願いします。）
　同意書の記入・提出
③道具説明・陸上でのレクチャー・注意事項
④会場でのSUPヨガスタート（約１時間）
⑤会場での記念撮影
⑥片付け、陸上での記念撮影
⑦シャワー・着替え（車内）
⑧解散（写真データは後日配送致します。）
