Choose a Packraft: A packraft is an inflatable boat similar to a kayak for one or two people. It is paddled with a double-bladed paddle and is very lightweight and stable. It can be used in a variety of places, from lakes and oceans to rough whitewater rivers. Keep improving and master your skills! Meet at the Yamanaka Onsen roadside station (toilet break) ⇒ Travel 5 minutes by van to the lake ⇒ (Change into wetsuits so you don't get cold when swimming) ⇒ Stretch, practice using the paddle and then go! You can paddle at your own pace, depending on your strength. You can also take a rest on the shore, climb a tree and if you're brave enough, try jumping.
