Sustainable manufacturing using remnants At Komatsu Sewing, we are a factory that produces various fabric products on a complete order together with side workers spread throughout the prefecture. It is scrap materials that come out inevitably when making products. In this program, we ask professionals to use a commercial sewing machine, which is only possible at a sewing factory, and make a sustainable tote bag using offcuts. Test your skills with a commercial sewing machine that you don't usually use! Why not? ~ Flow of the day ~ ① Factory tour: 15 minutes to see the inside of the sewing factory, such as the "automatic cutting machine" that cuts a lot of fabric at the same time ② Sewing experience: Experience making a tote bag using a "professional sewing machine" 45 minutes *For foreign nationals: Information on the day will be in Japanese only.

Product manufacturing is done by about 80 side workers, mainly in the South Kaga area. Komatsu Sewing is looking for side jobs regardless of inexperienced people! If you are interested in sewing machine work at this workshop, we are also waiting for you to go to a side job!
