ヨガの経験は全く問いません！体が硬いから、、も問いません！
陸ヨガとは全く違った感覚をぜひ体験してみませんか？

サップヨガを行う際は、ボードを前後ろをロープで固定しますので流されるということは確実にありませんので安心して下さい。

Depending on the sea conditions, wind strength and direction, we are particularly focusing on beach selection so that any customer can safely experience the tour. Basically, there are many shallow beaches, so it is recommended to have a time when the water is as deep as possible.
