You can choose your favorite date and time to participate! Learn the basic techniques of sea kayaking through 3 lessons! First, start with the basics such as gear names and how to use them. We will teach you how to row a kayak, how to rescue yourself in case of an emergency, and also about the weather and tides. Before and after the lesson, we use the curriculum to check progress and review previous lessons. We will give you thorough lessons with the aim of gaining the ability to enjoy kayaking anywhere in the country.・10 seconds to the sea ・15 minutes walk from JR "Zushi Station" or Keikyu "Zushi Hayama Station" ・Even first-timers or those who are not confident in swimming can feel free to participate ・One-seater authentic sea kayaking・Individuals are welcome. ・If the weather is nice, you can see Enoshima and Mt. Fuji. ・The changing room is fully equipped with bath towels and has plenty of amenities. ・A complimentary drink will be provided after the experience.
In order to convey the appeal of sea kayaking and to ensure safety, we are holding the event with a small number of participants. You can fully enjoy the real pleasure of sea kayaking with a full-fledged single-person kayak. The Zushi coast is shallow and highly transparent. Please enjoy a walk on the sea while looking at Mt. Fuji and Enoshima. We also ask that you wear a life jacket for your safety.
What should I wear? Lounge Ever will provide free wear for program participants. We recommend bringing your own swimsuit and pairing it with a long-sleeved, quick-drying shirt and leggings to prevent sunburn in the summer. Bath towels are also available in the men's and women's changing rooms. Amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, facial cleansing foam, and mouthwash are also available. The clean, comfortable space with air conditioning and heating has been very well received.
Soft drinks will be served at the 2nd floor cafe lounge. After enjoying the sea, please relax in the cafe lounge or on the beach. We also recommend their signature pork curry, which is made from roux. We also sell glass wine and draft beer.

冷たい・温かいお茶を飲みながら、お申込み書類にサインを頂きます。
３Ｆパウダールームへ
(午後の部は12時15分)
男女別のパウダールームはそれぞれ、温水シャワー、ウォシュレット式トイレ、と更衣室。
メンバー用、ビジター用バスタオルも完備。シャンプー、リンス、ボディーソープ、洗顔フォーム、マウスウォッシュ、ドライヤーなどのアメニティも充実。冷暖房完備の清潔、快適な空間は大変ご好評頂いております。
TOTHEBEACH
(午後の部は13時30分)
1年中楽しめるシーカヤック。
夏場は水着だけでも良いですが、日焼け防止に長袖や薄手のレギンスもお勧めです。
(無料レンタルでご用意できるもの)
・ウエットスーツ（袖なしのロングジョンタイプ）、ラッシュガード、マリンブーツ
※冬場は上記他、防風ジャケット等のご用意があります。（写真イメージ）
レッスン開始前に
使用するカリキュラムをチェック。
参加者のスキルや経験にあわせて、ガイドがその日の課題を設定してくれます。カリキュラムの確認が終わったら、更衣室で着替えを行いましょう。
WARMINGUP 準備体操。波音を聴きながら、自然の空気をいっぱい吸い込んで
PADDLEOUT
カヤックに乗って海に出る前に、艇の運び方や、出艇の仕方について学びます。
出艇については、波の有無やフィールドのコンディションによっても違いが出てきます。いつでも出れるように、練習あるのみ！
スプレースカートの脱着までできるようになったら、いよいよカヤックに乗って海へ出発です！
前漕ぎや後ろ漕ぎなど、基本的なことからスタートするので、カヤック初心者の参加にもうってつけ！
TXレスキュー
TXレスキューとは、沈脱した後にカヤックへ乗り込む技術。2艇のカヤックを使ってのレスキューになります。
ガイドと一緒に、手順を1つずつ確認しながら進めていきましょう！
ホースバックライドエントリー
その名の通り、馬乗りになるようにカヤックに乗って、コックピットの部分で体をねじって乗艇する「ホースバックライドエントリー」。
1人で行う分練習が必要ですが、慣れればスムーズに行えるので要練習です！
パドルフロートエントリー
パドルの片端にパドルフロート（浮き）を付けて、もう片端をカヤック本体に接続して再乗艇するのがパドルフロートエントリー。
カヤックへの再乗艇時の体制や力の入れ方はもちろん、フロート本体の性能にも違いがあるので、ここで覚えて自分に合った物を探してみてくださいね！
３回目 レッスン最終日
レスキューも無事習得！レッスンの最後には、今まで行かなかった場所へのロングツーリングを楽しみましょう。
初日を思い出してみると、自分のスキルが格段に上がったことが実感できるはず。リラックスして、湘南の海を満喫してください。
海遊びの後はサービスドリンクでマッタリと。ラウンジ内でもビーチでもゆっくりおくつろぎ下さい。

２Ｆクラブラウンジでは本日のドリンクをサービスしています。海で楽しんだあとはクラブラウンジやビーチでゆっくりとおくつろぎ下さい。ルーから手作りした自慢の味「ポークカレー」もオススメ。グラスワインや生ビールも販売しております。

Gather at "Lounge Ever" on the 2nd floor of Ever Resort
Yokohama Yokosuka Road "Zushi IC" ➡ Pass through Zuyo Shindo (toll road), go straight at the Nagarabashi intersection, and turn right at the "Nagisa Bridge" traffic light. Turn left at Fujimi Bridge and take the first path on the left. Please note: There is no on-site parking. Please use nearby coin parking.
15 minutes walk from Zushi Station and Zushi Station. By bus, take the JR "Zushi Station" East Exit Bus Terminal No. 3 bound for "Kaigan Around Hayama" and the Keikyu "Zushi Station" South Exit No. 2 Bus Stop "Kaigan Around Hayama". → Get off at Fujimibashi bus stop.
