This is a luxurious plan where you can experience yoga and SUP. After warming up with beach yoga while looking out at the sea, we headed out to the sea for a SUP tour. It is also recommended as a morning activity that will make you feel positive. This is a 3.5-hour experience program (1 hour of beach yoga, 2 hours of SUP) in the best location.・10 seconds to the sea ・15 minutes walk from JR "Zushi Station" or Keikyu "Zushi Hayama Station" ・Fun and refreshing sea fitness in the calm and shallow Zushi Bay ・Even for first-timers or those who are not confident in swimming Easy to join - Individuals are welcome - If the weather is nice, you can see Enoshima and Mt. Fuji - Changing rooms are fully equipped with bath towels and plenty of amenities - Service drinks will be provided after the experience
Beach yoga is okay even if your body is stiff. The lesson will begin with simple poses and move slowly to the rhythm of your breathing. In order to convey the appeal of stand-up paddleboarding and to ensure safety, we hold stand-up paddleboarding experiences in small groups. Please enjoy a walk on the sea while looking at Mt. Fuji and Enoshima.
What should I wear? Ever Resort will provide free clothing for program participants. Just bring your swimsuit, and in summer we recommend wearing a long-sleeve, quick-drying shirt and leggings to prevent sunburn. Bath towels are also available in the men's and women's changing rooms. Amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, facial cleansing foam, and mouthwash are also available. The clean, comfortable space with air conditioning and heating has been very well received.
After getting out of the sea, take some time to relax at the on-site cafe. In addition to homemade cakes and freshly ground coffee, popular menu items include pork curry made from a carefully selected roux. Beer and wine are also great after playing in the sea!

Time schedule
15 minutes walk from the station. (Around 11:45 in the afternoon) About 59 minutes from Shinjuku Station on the JR Shonan-Shinjuku Line. About 35 minutes by JR Yokosuka Line from Yokohama Station / about 30 minutes by Keikyu Line It is a 15-minute walk from the station toward the sea.
Meet at the 2nd floor Lounge Ever. (Meeting at 12:00 in the afternoon) Welcome! Please sign the application documents while drinking cold or hot tea at Ever Resort "Lounge Ever".
To the 3rd floor powder room (12:15 in the afternoon) The powder rooms for men and women have hot showers, washlet toilets, and changing rooms, respectively. Bath towels for members and visitors are also available. Amenity such as shampoo, conditioner, body soap, face wash foam, mouthwash, and hair dryer are also available. The clean and comfortable space with air conditioning is very popular.
BEACH YOGA (12:30 in the afternoon) While listening to the sound of the waves, breathe in a lot of natural air
BEACH LESSON (13:30 in the afternoon) Lecture on the beach. We will carefully guide you on how to ride the board and how to use the paddle.

Gather at "Lounge Ever" on the 2nd floor of Ever Resort
Yokohama Yokosuka Road "Zushi IC" ➡ Pass through Zuyo Shindo (toll road), go straight at the Nagarabashi intersection, and turn right at the "Nagisa Bridge" traffic light. Turn left at Fujimi Bridge and take the first path on the left. Please note: There is no on-site parking. Please use nearby coin parking.
A 15-minute walk from Zushi Station and Zushi / Hayama Station. By bus, take the JR "Zushi Station" East Exit Bus Terminal No. 3 bound for "Kaigan Around Hayama" or the Keikyu "Zushi / Hayama Station" South Exit No. 2 Bus Stop "Kaigan Around Hayama". → Get off at Fujimibashi bus stop.
