You can choose your favorite date and time to participate! Learn the basics of SUP through 3 lessons! First, start with the basics such as gear names and how to use them. We will teach you how to ride and row a SUP, how to rescue yourself in case of an emergency, and also about the weather and tides. Before and after the lesson, we use the curriculum to check progress and review previous lessons. We will give you solid lessons with the goal of gaining the ability to enjoy SUP anywhere in the country.・10 seconds to the sea ・15 minutes walk from JR "Zushi Station" or Keikyu "Zushi Hayama Station" ・Fun and refreshing sea fitness in the calm and shallow Zushi Bay ・Even for first-timers or those who are not confident in swimming Easy to join - Individuals are welcome - If the weather is nice, you can see Enoshima and Mt. Fuji - Changing rooms are fully equipped with bath towels and plenty of amenities - Service drinks will be provided after the experience
In order to convey the appeal of stand-up paddleboarding and to maintain safety, we are holding the event with a small number of participants. Please enjoy a walk on the sea while looking at Mt. Fuji and Enoshima.
What should I wear? Ever Resort will provide free clothing for program participants. Just bring your swimsuit, and in summer we recommend wearing a long-sleeve, quick-drying shirt and leggings to prevent sunburn. The powder rooms for men and women are equipped with bath towels for visitors. Amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, facial cleansing foam, and mouthwash are also available. The clean, comfortable space with air conditioning and heating has been very well received.
After getting out of the sea, take some time to relax at the on-site cafe. In addition to our homemade cake and freshly ground coffee, our pork curry made with special care from the roux is also a popular menu item. Beer and wine are also great after playing in the sea!

Best location "Zushi" Only 1 hour from the city center. You can enjoy the first SUP experience in the calm sea like a lake.
Please relax in the fully equipped facilities. Please relax at the facility attached to the cafe. The men's and women's powder rooms are very popular.
Time schedule
Meet at the 2nd floor Lounge Ever. (The afternoon session starts around 1:00 p.m.) Approximately 59 minutes from Shinjuku Station on the JR Shonan-Shinjuku Line. About 35 minutes from Yokohama Station on the JR Yokosuka Line / 30 minutes on the Keikyu Line From the station, walk towards the sea in 15 minutes.
To the 3rd floor powder room (13:15 in the afternoon) The powder rooms for men and women are hot showers, washlet toilets, and changing rooms, respectively. Bath towels for members and visitors are also available. Amenity such as shampoo, conditioner, body soap, face wash foam, mouthwash, and hair dryer are also available. The clean and comfortable space with air conditioning is very popular.
TOTHEBEACH (13:30 in the afternoon) Stand up paddle board that you can enjoy all year round. In the summer, you can just wear a swimsuit, but long sleeves and thin leggings are also recommended to prevent sunburn. WARMING UP Warm-up exercises. Listen to the sound of the waves and breathe in the natural air.Ever Resort ``Lounge Ever'' also holds beach yoga on an irregular basis. If you wish, you can also participate in beach yoga before or after your SUP experience. Please contact us for more information.
BEACH LESSON Lecture on the beach. SUP used all three times. First, remember its name and role. Although it looks like a simple structure at first glance, everything has a role. There will be a difference in how you handle things afterwards depending on whether you know it or not. We will practice adjusting the paddle length, how to hold the paddle, and basic paddling form. You will practice both sitting and standing positions, so even those who are new to SUP can feel at ease.
PADDLEOUT Departure! All you have to do is enjoy! The most important thing is ... "smile"
Maritime LESSON Start with the basics, such as front rowing and back rowing. Let's move around freely while remembering what we learned on land! If you can learn good paddling form, you will be able to move your body with less fatigue.
Maritime LESSON Once you get used to it, try standing up on the sea! Try cruising while standing up to get used to the parallel stance (standing with your body facing forward). Of course, don't forget to enjoy the scenery!
Touring Let's take advantage of the techniques we have learned so far and try moving freely. Depending on how well you master your skills, you can even learn new techniques!
After playing in the sea, a service drink is perfect. Relax in the lounge or on the beach. Today's drink is served at the 2nd floor club lounge. After enjoying the sea, relax in the club lounge or on the beach. We also recommend the pork curry, which is a proud taste handmade from roux. We also sell glass wine and draft beer.

Gather at "Lounge Ever" on the 2nd floor of Ever Resort
Yokohama Yokosuka Road "Zushi IC" ➡ Pass through Zuyo Shindo (toll road), go straight at the Nagarabashi intersection, and turn right at the "Nagisa Bridge" traffic light. Turn left at Fujimi Bridge and take the first path on the left. Please note: There is no on-site parking. Please use nearby coin parking.
