Mountain plants used to be a treasure trove of "resources necessary for life" so much so that in the past there were conflicts over the mountains, but now that we are overcrowded with things, they have almost no value. As a result, there is no longer any purpose for activities related to daily life in the mountains, and people are increasingly entering the mountains less and less. The characteristics and effects seen in plants are seen in plants that are growing healthy and in good conditions, and those that are not grown in good conditions tend to lose their characteristics. Mountains that are not cared for lose not only their value but also the "power of plants." We aim to restore the value of mountains to their original state by reexamining the "power of plants" as a resource of mountain villages and proposing active and continuous incorporation of them into human life.
