I'm Ryoma, owner of Miyakojima Marine Shop Smiley! I came to Miyakojima from Asakusa, Tokyo, with the desire to "bring smiles to more people in Japan's most beautiful ocean!" (lol) After swimming in the ocean a few times on my travels, I became completely captivated. I wanted more people to experience the ocean's charm! That's why I started Marine Shop Smiley! The name "Smiley" is actually a combination of "smile" and "family." I love and cherish my family, and I want to guide everyone who comes on my tour safely and carefully, as if I were showing them around my precious family. And I want to bring "the best smiles" to as many people as possible. That's what I wanted to do. Smiley's tours offer both private tours where you can enjoy the experience at your own pace and shared tours where you can meet fellow travelers. Choose the tour that best suits your style! ガイドのりょうまさんの説明がとても丁寧で、やしがにの生態や夜の島の自然について楽しく学べました。実際に大きなやしがにを間近で見ることができて感動！しかも想像以上に迫力があって大興奮でした。
夜の宮古島の雰囲気も幻想的で、星空と虫の音に包まれながら探検しているような特別な体験。安全面もきちんと配慮されていて、初めてでも安心して楽しめました。

一番楽しみにしていたヤシガニを5匹も見つけることが出来て大満足でした。
ヤシガニの腹部が甲羅で覆われていない部分は柔らかいことも実際に触ってみて分かりびっくりしました。今も手触りを覚えています。
一つだけ残念だったのは集合場所がなかなか分かりにくかったことです。
結局、最初に行った場所でしたが集合時間の15分〜くらい前にはまだスタッフの方がおられず集合場所と分かるようなものが何も無かったのでそこではないのかと周辺をうろうろ迷ってしまいました。
