以前、和菓子職人さんに練り切り作りを教えてもらったことがあり、その楽しさが忘れられなかったのと自分へのご褒美会のメニューのひとつとして利用させていただきました。 若い女性スタッフさんでしたが、説明が適切かつ分かりやすく不器用な私でもなんとか蝶々と菜の花の練り切りを作ることができました。 とにかく楽しかったです。 ただ日本の伝統を教える方としては和装のことや能楽、歌舞伎のことをご存知なかったことが残念で星マイナス0.5とさせていただきました。 また季節が変わる頃に体験させていただきたいです。 ありがとうございました。

指導が丁寧でとても楽しく作れました。味の種類も多く、全部が美味しかったです! I highly recommend this experience. It's an interesting challenge but the staff will help and make it fun too. Plus many great flavors to choose from which were all tasty.
