You can choose your favorite date and time to participate! Learn the basics of SUP through 3 lessons! First, start with the basics such as gear names and how to use them. We will teach you how to ride and row a SUP, how to rescue yourself in case of an emergency, and also about the weather and tides. Before and after the lesson, we use the curriculum to check progress and review previous lessons. "Wingfoil" is a completely new marine sport that receives wind from a wing held by the hand and flies over the sea with a board equipped with a hydrofoil (underwater wing).
