Tango bara sushi is one of the traditional local dishes of the Tango region. Its main feature is the use of mackerel oboro. Oboro is a fish that is mashed raw in a mortar, seasoned, and fried over a fire. It has a refined taste, and the sweet and salty taste is addictive! Bara sushi is a type of pressed sushi made by stuffing sushi rice into a mold, placing seeds such as oboro and omelette on top, and pressing it down. Starting from Road Bike Rental Japan Kyoto store in Takeda, Fushimi Ward, you'll warm up with a ride along the Higashi Takase River. In the middle of the ride, you'll head to the Uji River.
