Atelier melty 252 offers an experience course where you can casually enjoy making Japanese food samples. Why not create your own original work while experiencing the food culture unique to Kyoto in between sightseeing? You can take your work home as it is. • Time required: It takes as little as 30 minutes to complete. (Including introduction, production, and finishing) It is perfect for travelers who are limited in time while sightseeing in Kyoto. • Target age 6 years old and above (anyone from children to adults can participate) • Features 1. DIY experience: Experience the fun of making a lifelike food sample with your own hands. 2. Travel memories: Take the finished product home on the spot. It is perfect as a travel memory. • Process parts are provided and a small amount of coloring and assembly is done. It is easy to enjoy because it can be completed in a short time. • Difficulty It is designed to be very easy to enjoy. • Possibility of failure There is almost no possibility of failure. If you arrive by car

Parking is available for visitors to Kinkakuji Temple (Kinkakuji Temple Parking Lot No. 3) (fees apply). Parking is available until 5:00 p.m. Parking: 250 cars, large buses: not allowed

If you arrive by train

The nearest train stations are Kitano-Hakubaicho Station on the Randen Line and Kitaoji Station on the Karasuma Subway Line. You can head towards Kinkakuji from either station. Most people get off at these two stations and then transfer to a bus to head to Kinkakuji.

If you arrive by other means of transportation

Access from Kyoto Station to Kinkakuji Temple: • Take bus 205 from bus stop B3 and get off at Kinkakuji-michi. 5 minutes walk. • Take bus 206 or 6 from bus stop A3 and get off at Senbon Kitaoji. 5 minutes walk.
