My Sake World is an experiential facility where you can "make your own original sake, one of a kind in the world." With the concept of "a place to love sake even more," the biggest feature of "My Sake World" is that you can customize your own sake to your liking in the form of a blend. The sake served in the store includes 12 brands from all over Japan, including Kyoto, where the store is located. You can sample various types of sake, such as daiginjo, unpasteurized sake, junmai sake, and aged sake, while listening to explanations from the staff, and then blend your own favorite combination. In addition to the "SAKE" atmosphere throughout the store, "My Sake World" is a facility that combines tradition and innovation, as the recipes you create are digitized as NFTs and can be ordered from there. Learn about the history and flavors of sake and then enjoy a tasting session

The staff will explain basic information about sake, such as its history, varieties, and flavors. Even beginners will be able to deepen their understanding of sake through this explanation and enjoy it with peace of mind. Once you have gained some knowledge about sake, it's time to start tasting! With a menu book in hand, you will sample 12 types of sake, each with its own unique characteristics.

Blending experience to make your own favorite sake

Next, it's time for the blending experience. From the 12 different brands, you can choose the one sake you like best as your "primary" and the next two sakes you like best as your "secondary." Then, blend according to the ratio of each, taste them, and write down your own recipe. You can try up to two times, so don't be afraid to fail.

You can take home the pasteurized sake. You can also save your own blended recipe as an NFT digital file!

Create 200ml of "My Sake" using one recipe for your favorite flavor. After that, bottle it, pasteurize it, sign and date the label you chose, and your original sake with a unique flavor is complete! Take it home. In addition, the recipe for the completed blend can be digitally saved as an NFT, which not only records your special experience, but also makes it possible to request production using that recipe or sell the recipe (limited to shipping within Japan). This experience plan offers a new way to enjoy sake and expands your journey of exploration.
