Enjoy tea picking while listening to explanations about tea. You can make tempura with the picked tea leaves and then eat them freshly fried.In addition, you can try making tea soba noodles using Wazuka tea, which is ranked as the highest class of Uji tea. The instructor will provide detailed explanations and support you until the tea soba is completed. The souvenir ``edible tea'' is a nutritious and delicious additive-free tea spice made with Wazuka green tea, salt from deep ocean water, dried lemon, fried onions, and garlic.
