Experience a river cruise in Yanagawa, one of Fukuoka's most famous tourist spots. Over 400 years ago, during the Edo period, Yanagawa flourished as a castle town. To create the castle town, moats were built all over the area, and these moats are now the stage for the river cruise. As you are rocked on a "donko boat," enjoy the seasonal scenery along the course, including cherry blossoms, irises, and autumn leaves. The Tenryu River Wasen Kudari takes about 6 kilometers from River Port Benten to River Port Tokimata in 35 minutes. The meeting is at river port time.
