After parking the car, it's about a 20 minute trek from here to the Sarubo Observatory. After seeing the scenery at 11:30, move to Sarurun Observatory! It takes about 25 minutes to trek to Sarurun Observatory. 11:55 Arrival at Sarurun Observatory! Drinks are available, so please relax while watching the scenery. This course passes through old development sites and forests to see the groundwater waterfalls that flow into the Sea of Okhotsk. On clear days, you can see the 200m high cliffs that stretch all the way to Cape Shiretoko. Like "Furepe Falls," this is a course to see cliff waterfalls, but this one is a bit wilder, with no walking trails and requiring climbing over logs.
