It is a canoeing experience on the Arekinai River, a tributary that flows through the Kushiro Marsh. The meeting place is JR Senmo Line, in front of Toro Station. The course starts from a lake called Lake Toro, goes to the Arekinai River, goes to the main stream of the Kushiro River, goes up the Arekinai River by canoe, and returns to Lake Toro. Because it is a calm river, you can go up the river, and even those who are new to canoeing can experience it with peace of mind. The river does not freeze even in winter, so you can experience canoeing throughout the year. The scenery that changes according to the season, and the Yezo deer, white-tailed eagles, and red-crowned cranes that you can meet if your timing and luck are good are also highlights. Of course, the guide will ride with you, so please leave the operation of the canoe to us. While driving along the coastline, we will search for the natural monuments, the White-tailed Eagle and the Steller's sea eagle. If you find them, you can observe them with a 25x field scope and binoculars and take photos freely. There is a high probability that you will also see Ezo deer and wild birds. To prevent infection, all tours are conducted outdoors. If you are traveling by car, you will follow the guide's car in a rental car or similar vehicle, and observations will be conducted outdoors. In rare cases, roads may be closed due to storms or other reasons. If we find out about a closure in advance, we will contact you by mobile phone to cancel (or postpone if you wish).
