It is easy for children to do. We hope you will feel the change of seasons through activities in nature. After that, you will enjoy making lip balm using Japanese honeybee beeswax indoors (bakery)! Natural beeswax is said to have moisturizing, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and healing effects, and has various uses other than body care. After the experience, you can relax on the spacious wooden deck. The instructor, a nationally certified guide-interpreter, will teach you how to make sushi rice, cut tuna, grate wasabi, and make three types of sushi (nigiri, rolled, and gunkan) at his home (a tower apartment directly connected to Higashi-Ikebukuro Station), and have you actually make them. After that, you will eat the sushi you made with the miso soup made by the instructor.
