Plan description

This plan is a plan that you can experience buckwheat using 100% buckwheat flour from Yamagata. You can experience buckwheat while feeling comfortable nature in a green environment with parks which are spacious close by. The journey time is about 3 hours.

Soba made from 100% buckwheat flour

It is made only with buckwheat flour without using binders. The flow of buckwheat noodle making is as follows. Watering: Mix buckwheat flour and water carefully so as not to lump. Kneading: Knead the thick part of the palm into one mass. Stretching / Folding: Stretch with a stick to the desired thickness, and fold back alternately. Cut: Cut as thinly as possible and bundle one meal at a time. Eat: Boil the finished soba and enjoy it!

The perfect environment for making soba

You can make enough soba for about three people in one session. You can take home the soba you made. If you'd like to try making your favorite soba yourself, why not join us for a fun experience? We will teach you carefully even if it's your first time. Families and groups are also welcome to participate. The taste of soba you make yourself is amazing!
