Try making homemade pizza using seasonal vegetables! First, you will have the experience of harvesting seasonal vegetables! This is a harvesting experience for seasonal vegetables, including super sweet and delicious cherry tomatoes (late June to September), asparagus (mid-May to June), corn (early to mid-August), and more. These are vegetables that you usually only see lined up in supermarkets. But how do they grow in the fields? Vegetables that are in season in the fields are, of course, very fresh. What are the characteristics of fresh vegetables? What's more, you will use those vegetables to cook pizza outdoors! Whether it's an awkward pizza or a thick pizza that wasn't stretched properly, the pizza you made with all your effort is delicious. Top it with delicious vegetables and the fresh air of Furano! Now all that's left is to see if it will bake well in the pizza oven!

The Yoshikura district of Tsubata Town is a mountain village located approximately 30 minutes by car from Kanazawa Station. In the mountains behind the Yoshikura settlement, there is a mountain path once used by local residents. The mountain path offers a rich natural environment and attractive spots, including a scenic spot overlooking the village, a bright deciduous broadleaf forest, a place to pick wild vegetables, a reservoir, and a bamboo grove. However, it is now largely deserted, and various issues need to be addressed, such as overgrown vegetation that obscures visibility and the spread of overgrown bamboo. At this event, we will examine the condition of the mountain path and consider the issues. We will then work to restore the path by trimming the vegetation and cutting down bamboo, thereby working to restore the lush satoyama environment. For lunch, we will enjoy delicious mountain produce, including wild vegetables and other locally grown vegetables that we have gathered together. Please join us in creating a vibrant satoyama, where you can enjoy the rich natural beauty of the satoyama while learning and experiencing ways to protect its abundance.

Milky Queen, produced on this land, won a gold medal in a rice contest. The best rice is cooked in a hearth made of this soil. Experience the "world's best rice ball" in the best environment, provided by Mushio's hearth. Local old ladies are looking forward to meeting you. "Earth": The hearth is made of clayey natural soil. Nearby, there is the Tonozuka Himezuka, where many clay clay figurines have been excavated. Balance your mind and body with "earthing," a health method that involves walking barefoot on the ground. "Water": All locally grown crops are grown with water from Mushio. Mushio's groundwater is used for cooking rice. In spring and summer, the entire rice field is filled with water. Ema plaques are burned at the goma ceremony at Naritasan Shinshoji Temple, and their wishes are fulfilled. "Wind": Feel the comfortable wind of Mushio. You are free to use the hammocks, reclining chairs, and mats. "Empty": A healing spot that will lead you to a state of mindlessness. It can be used as a meditation space.
