I am the son of a farming family that has been in business for about 300 years. My son's developmental disorder (gray zone) prompted me to start growing organic vegetables and rice! I was so impressed by how delicious the organic vegetables were when I tried them for the first time, and I wanted everyone to experience the same excitement, so I've been focusing on deliciousness ever since. I learned from and practiced with dedicated farmers in my hometown of Chiba and Hokkaido. After 12 years of trial and error, I won a gold medal at a competition that only evaluates taste, and was also certified as a brand by Chiba City! I used to host agricultural experience events on my own, but a few years ago I started hosting agricultural experience events at the request of tourist associations and corporations. My motto is "I, my family, and everyone involved will smile! I will be happy!" and I do farming that makes everyone smile.
