"Kobo Seikan" has a workshop, shop, and cafe, and you can enjoy a tour of the Yamanaka lacquerware production site, experience turning the wood, and enjoy shopping, lacquerware, and cafes and sweets. In this course, we will visit the studio (I will explain) ~ Making a vase ~ Lacquerware experience at a cafe (with a drink) Here, the lacquerware craftsmen are working every day. In this experience, you can observe it up close and learn about lacquerware production. The staff will give you easy-to-understand instructions. Next, you will make your own original flower vase using the wood turning wheel and plane that the craftsmen actually use. You can experience full-fledged wood sawing through making single flower vase. Most of the shapes are carved by yourself, so it's a little bit difficult, but it's fun! ! ! A friendly wood craftsman will teach you carefully, so you can make it yourself until the final completion. You will be satisfied. It is fun. After that, you can enjoy drinks made with lacquerware and sweets at the cafe. Please relax and enjoy the lacquerware experience. If you have any questions, feel free to ask the staff or craftsmen. This is a trekking tour where you can enjoy the nature of Hakone. The setting for the tour is Miyanoshita in Hakone Town. As you walk through the Showa retro town, you will come into contact with the history of the good old hot springs, and while thinking about history, you will walk through the dynamic natural valley that formed the basis of the hot springs. You will encounter moss and ferns that live in the moist environment at the bottom of the valley, and we will guide you into the microscopic world of moss using a magnifying glass!
