Plan description

This is a trekking tour where you can enjoy the nature of Hakone. The setting for the tour is Miyanoshita in Hakone Town. As you walk through the Showa retro town, you will come into contact with the history of the good old hot springs, and while thinking about history, you will be guided to the dynamic natural valley that became the foundation of the hot springs. In addition to the tour, you will also have the opportunity to experience crafting as a memento of your trip. (Of course, you can take it home!) Enjoy the dynamic nature of the valley, the history of the hot springs, the Showa retro townscape, and the charm of Miyanoshita.

A nature trekking tour through the dynamic valley of Dogashima

You will go trekking to see the dynamic scenery of "Dogashima Valley", which was formed when the rapids of the Hayakawa River eroded the strata created over 4 million years ago when Hakone was an undersea volcano, and to observe the moss and other plants and animals that live in the moist environment of the valley.

A small backpack is convenient for carrying a plastic bottle and camera, a towel for wiping sweat, simple rain gear, and your insurance card or a copy of it just in case.
