On our tours, all of our staff members work with the motto of reducing the risk of accidents as much as possible and making sure our guests have fun. When carrying out marine activities, we aim to provide safe, accident-free tours by being mindful of various points, including understanding the ocean conditions and weather, as well as technical instruction. Specifically, we are conscious of strictly following the rules when doing marine activities, preparing in advance for warm-up exercises and technical instruction, communicating with customers, managing their physical condition using checklists, and managing facilities and equipment. |
